Minor League Rules Each team will have the ability to roster 35 players on their Minor League Roster. A player is deemed a Minor Leaguer with less than or equal to 130 MLB At bats or 50.0 MLB innings pitched.
Minor Leaguers CAN NOT be added through fantrax waivers during the season. There will be teams without 35 minor leaguers during the season due to promotions. You will have the capability to fill your minor league roster through the June Amatuer Draft during the season, and the Offseason Minor League Draft in the offseason.
The only permitted release of minor leaguers will be a 7 day window following each minor league draft.
Teams do not have to promote minor leaguers that surpass 130 MLB At Bats and/or 50.0 MLB Innings Pitched mid-season until the following offseason. If players that surpassed the minor league eligibility limit during the previous season are not added to the 27 MLB Roster in the following offseason, the player must be released to waivers.
