What are your thoughts here? Obviously this might tie into how to help lesser teams starting out as well. - Only require keeping 3 initially- the remaining spot is an early draft pick?
- Other suggestions?

I have an idea but dont want it out until everyone gives their 4 keepers. I do promise it helps those teams with less than favorable keepers.
I believe that the 4 keepers was given out to give some sort of base to start with. Not just a full draft. I agree if that was the case to get more early picks I would have picked a team lile that as well to grab more arud players.
